Scale EMS is a connected business management and ERP platform provided by Peregrine Falcon Messenger Services Ltd ("Peregrine", "we", "us"). In this notice, "Scale EMS" refers to the platform and website we operate, and Peregrine is the organization responsible for them.

Customers using Scale EMS remain responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis and the necessary permissions for any personal data they enter into the platform about their customers, staff or other individuals.

We keep information while an account is active and for as long as it is needed to deliver the service, keep records and meet legal obligations that apply to us. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, it is deleted or removed from active use.
